Dermatology of Eastern Idaho was established in 1994 by Dr. Kay Bishop. The practice has been in Rigby, Idaho since October of 2001. We have a highly trained office of professionals who love their jobs and have genuine concern for our patients. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for your dermatology needs. We specialize in medical and surgical dermatology, which includes all conditions of the skin, hair, and nails.

Kay Bishop, MD
Dr. Kay Bishop grew up in Rigby, Idaho and graduated from Rigby High School. She received a B.S. from Brigham Young University, and attended medical school at the University of Washington in Seattle. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Utah, and a Dermatology residency at Stanford University in Stanford, California. Dr. Bishop is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, and the Idaho Medical Association. She is part of the visiting clinical faculty in the Stanford Dermatology Department, and enjoys living in Idaho, close to the mountains.
Colby Bingham, MD
Dr. Colby Bingham is a native of Eastern Idaho, growing up in Blackfoot. After serving a mission in the Dominican Republic, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with a degree in biochemistry. Dr. Bingham went on to graduate with honors from the University of Utah School of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed a combined internal medicine/general surgery internship at Intermountain Medical Center and a three-year dermatology residency at the University of Missouri. Dr. Bingham enjoys all aspects of dermatology including cosmetic, surgical, and medical dermatology. He and his wife are the proud parents of three children and he enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Ryan Black, PA-C
Ryan Black was born and raised in Houston, TX. He earned his undergraduate in Economics at Brigham Young University before receiving his Master of PA Studies degree from Idaho State University. As a young man, Ryan achieved the Eagle Scout award, and later served an LDS mission in Russia. Ryan is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He, his wife, and their four children call beautiful eastern Idaho home, where Ryan enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, and all sorts of outdoor activities.
